Nokia x6 Anyone?
So this is the new Nokia brief i got incredibly excited about the other day: We get given a load of x6s and have to create a video to promote our area, we have to market the new amazing phone and the AMAAAAAZING competiton (see below), create an event- the best 3 will win £2000 to put the event on and more. wow!
To celebrate the launch of the Nokia X6 16GB, we're looking for one lucky person to become the official Nokia X6 All Areas roving entertainment reporter.
This could be your chance to show your entertainment credentials and be judged by a celebrity panel.
All you have to do to enter is record a 60-second clip of yourself explaining why you should win the job.

Then upload your clip to YouTube through your own YouTube channel and submit the URL to your video using the form below along with your details.
Tag your video as 'Nokia X6' when you upload it.
Our celebrity judges will select the six best applicants who will then be given a series of six trial reporting assignments, starting with the official X6 launch party in London on 3rd March 2010.
From there each of the six finalists will travel the globe covering amazing events and reporting back using the Nokia X6 as their tool of the trade. All of the reports will be posted online – the most engaging reporting hack gets the gig.

Wow.Wow.Wow
These images are like a prettiful candy box all wrapped up beautifully with a bow? What am i even saying?! Basically i love. Patricia has the perfect edgy doll like face to fit with these images along with the perfect hair to compliment the surroundings and the clothes. I love the neutral clothes with massive splashes of colour from the beautiful garments. And that Poof (or whatever its called!) is amazing. I want one in my room!

I first noticed Wasson on the Balmain catwalks looking 100% amazing, and here she is looking just as amazing in these Pinko adverts. I don't know if i'm feeling the concept, kind of boring yes? The images do however feel fresh, perfect for spring/summer, and i love the jacket, its just missing that extra ooomph!!

Ok, so it's quite obvious i have ALOT of love for Kate Moss.
Here she is looking purely amazing for US Harper's Bazaar.
I was on the phone to my mum when i found these images and she was astounded, replying..ooo so i wonder how much airbrushing has been used. Who cares..she looks incredible..yes she isn't in her 20s like the rest of them, but oh my she can still totally rock a photo shoot.

Nude, Sheer, Lingerie..Its practically everywhere this season.
I love this shoot for vogue Nippon who have explored this theme really sucsessfully. The soft focus and soft tones really compliment the images. I love the subtlety, and the relexed feeling that oozes from the image.

Lights, Lights and more Lights!
Talking of lighting, here are some over exaggerated images that really play on the lighting. The last two are not really my kind of thing, but they really show how effective lighting can be.

This image really reminds me of when i was about 13 and used to collect disco balls (ha!) i would put them everywhere in my room, and i rememember how amaazing it was when the light shon on them and created the effect like in the image!

The Lighting...incredible.
I was reading someones blog yesterday (whos i can't remember) and she kept talking about the lighting within fashion photography. The more i think about it, i think its the lighting that captures me, always. I seem to always focus on the lighting first. From my own experiences, its the lighting that you really have to think about, and different types can produce a whole new meaning to the image.

Taylor Momsen..i want your wardrobe. Taylor always looks gorgeous. Since my obsession with Gossip Girl, I've always had a crush on her style, and i love how she's emerging as the next big style it girl...definitely one to keep an eye on!
