So, we have come to the end of a decade and oh my how fashion has changed. Looking back at my 'Spice Girl' inspired fashion brings a smile to my face... I remember the chavtastic days of wearing trainers, some beautiful pink Adidas trackies and this awful hoodie!! oh and those wonderful rah-rah skirts and slouchy boots with my favourite pink bow strap top..my god! it makes me laugh..me and my friends were discussing our 'favourite' hairstyles back in the day, how did we ever think scraped back pony tails with a tiny bit at the front was ever cool!!!
I'm definitely glad we have moved away from the pastel colour combats with matching top combo onto a more sophisticated style that is definitely more flattering, think Louboutins, the sharp shoulder and a more womanly aesthetic.
This decades icons include Sarah Jessica Parker bringing the New York Glamour plus the whole sex and the city phenomen, thank you Patricia Field you are amazing! Cheryl Cole and her xfactor outfits we waited for every Saturday, Kate Moss (of course) with the launch of her Topshop collection, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy's Chanel and more Chanel, Agnes Dean with the cropped blonde and Doc Martins, Alexa Chungs amazing style that possible every girl wants..i could go on!
What a decade...
